I purchased a trouser , which I returned after few days , they gave me a store credit . Next time when I went to buy , I tried using that store credit which was empty. That card was not loaded correctly by the cashier. The store manager very rudely said we cannot do anything about it and said cashier might not have loaded it properly . but there is nothing we can do. There should have been 40$ ideally . I tried contacting LOFT customer care , they shrugged saying contact the store manager we can do nothing about it . We have been going back and forth on this ... Very frustrating
