Always a great experience..the staff is super friendly and helpful! It would be nice to have more counters open.
Second time doing a vacation start and stop and second time I am waiting days for my mail. Not happy. And I call to look into it and they don't answer the phone.
Friendly , helpful with getting passports for kids, mailing overseas and to government offices.
convenient downtown parking can be tough but there is a lot out back
There's usually only one gentleman behind the counter but his positive and humorous attitude make you forget you're in a line, if there is one. I only wish the self packing area was bigger and not in the middle of the office.
