Called to get an estimate on a tune up on my boiler. Talked to bill. he said tune up is $ 175, and it takes 1 hour. i asked how much to change expansion tank? he quoted me $ 45, and it takes 1/2 hour, labor included. He sent one of his guys to do the job. They charged me $265. The guy was there for less then an hour , nice way to do business work for 1 hour get paid for an hour and half and charge your customer more then the quoted price. What more is when he handed me the bill there was no break down of parts and labor, the bill only stated the final price. Is that legal ? i do not recommend using this company. but if you do use them make sure you time them ( how long they actually stay at your house. And ask them for a break down on the bill.
