It was really packed due to power outages in surrounding towns. Had to wait a little while for utensils and soup but our waiter was awesome. Had a great attitude for how busy it was and food was good.
I'll sum this up quick,smelt bad,dirty kitchen you can see it from the waiting area,took one hour to be seated when the place was half empty,cold food,poor service and rude waiters and waitresses
Excellent and fast service. The lady in charge of online orders is amazing. She goes above and beyond on customer service
At 4:20pm I placed a online order to the Methuen MA Olive Garden, the final confirmation stated it would be ready at 4:50pm. I arrived at 4:50 and they said it was almost ready. I waited 40 more minutes. 3 people walked in placed orders and received them before me. Not once did anyone approach me including a manager to apologize or explain the delay. I had to keep asking and I got one excuse after another, “the kitchen’s busy”, “there was a problem” “my order was larger than theirs” (I ordered 3 entrees, nothing special) etc etc. One staff member offered me a free dessert, handed me a menu walked away and never came back. Worst service ever, will never return.
Great atmosphere, no wait, fast service, good food in a great location.
