I had a great experience at holy family when I had my son. This was my first experience and I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect. The doctors and nurses were so helpful and nice!
Five stars go to the WOUND CARE DEPTMENT. The nurses and doctors are great. I have always been treated with respect and as if I was part of the Family. Anita the receptionist is so awesome she can always make you smile. I've came in many days feeling like this is it I can't take anymore. But there she is she greats you with a smile and calls you by your name. She doesn't have to look at your chart . She deserves a raise well actually they all do. So KUDOS TO EVERYONE
This review is specific to the birthing ward at holy family. The entire team, from the on call doctors, the nurses, the nurse assistants and the cleaning staff are fantastic. The nurses there especially deserve endless accolades. They helped coach my wife through all stages of labor and delivery and offered different techniques while never pushing anything (including meds) on her. They help get you anything you need at all times of the day and constantly offer guidance with your newborn. The best part is they are all just incredibly nice people who genuinely care about you and your child and both times we've been there have been a wonderful experience. Thank you!!
Had both my sons there. My wife and I both felt safe and in caring hands all the time. Nurses are warm and efficient at what they do. Their phlebotomist/s are gentle. staff is highly professional and knowledgeable.
So many negative comments, but people are used to complaining when they do not get their way. My Experience: I called for instructions and was given very clear details without being rushed.As I arrived at the Hospital there was plenty of parking. The Hospital is clean, relaxed, and friendly. I get to the Day Surgery large waiting room plenty of seats. I found the staff to be friendly, and professional and never felt rushed or talked down to. One of the best Hospitals I have been to and I think most people will agree.
