They have some nice clothes at cheap prices But... they don't get a 5 star because no dressing room, you can't try on clothes!!!
Clothes at great prices but quality and sizing needs work. Customer Service is acceptable but could be better. Overall, Good place and would recommend it to anyone on a budget.
Rude employees. Even if the store has many deals its not worth going through all the mess in the store....no nirrors or dressing rooms. No cash back even with receipt. Ifbyou pay by credit you can get a refund. Quality is nit the bedt on clothes,recommend hand wash. Curtains and house goods are at a great price. They do offer good prices. Would rather recommend the syore in Worcester employees are more respectful.
Fun cheap shopping but if you pay cash you You have a return you can only get a store credit. Paying with a credit card or debit card is better cause you can get your return back on that. I just don't like to try clothing in stores that are so hectic like this store and if something doesn't fit or looks good I shouldn't have to be tied down to that store. I asked a lady in line if she'd take the card and she did help thank God cause I wanted something at rainbow next door and it was my birthday and we were going away and if it wasn't for the woman it would of been ruined. I'll never shop at fallas again. Rainbow is the best and my favorite store ever!!!
They clothes are no good, rips very easy. Almost no shoes for men. No cloths for women only teens down. Men clothes is a mess. Very little toys for the children. This store in my eyes had gone down hill.
You can only return clothes for refund, if you use credit card, otherwise you get store credit.
