Not happy tried to trade my van for suv or midsized they said no cause there a small location not my problem. It's your job so I'm driving to the airport now plus van has tire issue . Oh and there like 10 midsized in the parking lot . It's okay called and reported this . No wonder there stars are lowww
Not worth going to. I showed up at 5:51 to return my car, but the door was locked even though they don't close until 6:00. I was told that they couldn't take the car because it would take the associate time to run reports and such. Not my problem! As a customer, I had to beg him to take the keys and GPS from me as I didn't want to return the next morning. He warned me that I would be charged since he WILL NOT be closing me out that day. How ridiculous!
Bad experience with this company. The car was full of dog hair. Not clean at all.
